Job Title: Test Data Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a test data management strategy to support functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity and consistency across different test environments.
  • Design, create, and maintain test data sets to support testing activities.
  • Develop and implement data masking and anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information.
  • Automate test data generation and management processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on test data management best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in test data management within a software QA environment.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
  • Experience with AWS / Azure cloud-based data generation and management solutions.
  • Experience with data masking, anonymization, and test data generation tools.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
  • Certification in software testing or data management.
