Transformative Opportunity for a Test Environment and Data Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the transformation of our test environment and data management capabilities at Westpac Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining end-to-end non-production environments, ensuring their availability to support multiple projects and driving resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test environment and data strategies to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve environment-related issues and ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence
  • Define and implement key test environment and data metrics to measure performance
  • Coach and mentor vendor staff to perform to the highest of their ability
