At Total Workfit Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centered services to injured workers. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you'll assist clients in recovering at work and achieving independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments to identify and address potential barriers to recovery.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counseling to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities for clients.

Requirements:

  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation (highly desired but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle.
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
