About the Role

Total Workfit Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, including:
    • Initial Needs Assessments
    • Workplace Assessments
    • Advice concerning job modifications
    • Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
  • Conduct medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services
  • Support needs assessments

Requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
