Total Workfit Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centered services to assist injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct early intervention and workplace assessments to identify and address potential risks and hazards.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
- Provide medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison services to ensure effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Deliver rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counseling to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
- Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable work options for injured workers.
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation (highly desired but not essential).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
- Current driver's license and vehicle.
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
