At Total Workfit Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
  • Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments.
  • Provide medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison and case management services.
  • Offer rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counseling.
  • Conduct vocational assessments.

Requirements:

  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (Highly desired but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle.
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers.
