**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Claims Assessor in our Trade Credit & Surety business unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough and prompt assessments of claims, reporting directly to the Service Manager - Trade Credit. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Process claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented and filed.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on the status of their claims.
  • Utilize sound judgment and analytical skills to resolve complex claim disputes, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective claims strategies, driving process improvements and efficiency gains across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activity, including correspondence, documentation, and outcome results.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who possesses a strong background in insolvency or claims experience, ideally within the business claims sector. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in claims handling, with a focus on commercial and business claims.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A high level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
