Motorcycle Insurance Claims Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering superior claims management, determining proper policy coverage and concluding thorough investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lodgements and repairs for Motorcycle Claims using multiple claims systems and processes to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain positive stakeholder relationships with insureds, agents, and service providers through effective communication and issue resolution
- Interpret basic policy coverage and determine if coverage applies to submitted claims in accordance with company guidelines
- Receive, record, and process incoming insurance claims in a professional and efficient manner
- Authorize payments within scope of authority and settle claims in a cost-effective manner while maintaining quality standards
- Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arrange investigations to prevent and mitigate potential losses
- Prior experience in a similar role within Motor Claims is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, organisational, and time management skills
- A quick learner comfortable with technology, able to adapt to new systems and processes
- A passion for motorcycles or interest in the automotive industry would be an asset
