About the Opportunity

This role involves managing a portfolio of cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Lead and manage cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits and quality audits to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, ISO standards, and client KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building managers, strata committees, and FM providers.
  • Optimise rostering and control costs while driving process improvements.
  • Collaborate with security service partners to support integrated solutions and incident response.
  • Mentor site supervisors and manage staff performance to achieve organisational goals.

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years' experience in managing multi-site cleaning or facility operations.
  • Exposure to security service operations is an advantage.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement with landlords, FM providers, and strata managers.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Cleaning Services Award
    • WHS legislation
    • ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
    • Commercial acumen - confident managing budgets and KPIs.
    • A proactive leadership style with a focus on solutions.
