Job Opportunity: Facilities Management Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled facilities management professional to oversee the effective operation of our premises. Your role will encompass coordinating inspections, implementing cost-saving measures, and supporting our kitchen and events services teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Assisting in regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards
  • Pursuing opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting chefs with food preparation and kitchen duties
  • Assisting with the receipt and storage of goods
  • Demonstrating proper use of chemicals and assisting other departments with their chemical needs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of health and safety guidelines, including HACCP principles
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various departments
