About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a key member of our Claims Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims and providing exceptional customer service to injured workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive 8-week training program to develop your skills and knowledge in workers' compensation
  • Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of complex issues
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers, employers, and medical professionals
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
What You'll Need
  • Extensive administration experience, preferably in a claims or customer service environment
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
