Marketing Automation Expert

The role of Marketing Automation Expert is to drive demand generation campaigns, processes, and systems. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building out and executing against the marketing campaign calendar, further optimising our Blueshift instance.

You will work across various business units, implementing automated marketing best practices, segmenting and leveraging the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency, contact outreach, engagement and effectiveness.

- Implement and execute effective lead nurturing programs using Blueshift.
- Assist in managing the lead lifecycle - implement and optimise lead scoring, qualification and hand-off to sales processes.
- Develop, manage and optimise marketing technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists to govern data outputs for all programmes/campaigns.
- Assist with programme conceptualisation, execution, and success measurement.
- Identify opportunities to optimise conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Experience with a marketing automation platform in building nurture campaigns, lead scoring, reporting, and connecting multiple data sources.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise-level best practices for lead generation and sales methodologies.
  • Desire to create and build a marketing programme.
  • Passion for metrics.
