Casual Marketing Associate Role

As a Casual Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of product marketing.


This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and driven individual to contribute to projects that drive real business outcomes while developing expertise in medical technology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining exposure to product launches, customer dinners, roadshows, trade shows, and other key marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting annual marketing plans by managing new product setups and coordinating with operation partners.
  • Contributing to product launch teams focused on creating collateral and materials.
  • Collaborating with operation partners to set up implant and instrument kits.
  • Demand planning for a portfolio, providing insights to demand planners based on field feedback.
  • Serving as a point of contact for the field team, troubleshooting questions about products and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Working towards a degree in Biomedical Science, Health Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A passion for Orthopaedics and Arthroplasty, healthcare, and improving patient outcomes.
  • A curious, driven learner eager to grow and make an impact.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong communicator who excels in cross-functional teams.
  • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
