Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Account Executives to provide technical expertise and support to clients, helping them understand the value of our HRIS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations of our HRIS software to clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide sales support
- Listen to client feedback and relay this information back to our product development team
- Assist in training sales team members on the technical aspects of our HRIS platform
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering in a B2B technology SaaS environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to relay technical information to non-technical clients
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
