We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our high-volume recruitment business and specialist divisions. The ideal candidate will possess senior-level recruitment industry experience, strong management and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive performance across multiple business units.
- Oversee and deliver on P&L outcomes for the Victorian Industrial business.
- Support, mentor and develop direct reports and wider teams.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and wellbeing across internal and external employees.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients across various sectors.

- Senior level recruitment industry experience, with proven success in leadership roles.
