Recruitment Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.

Job Description

The Recruitment Business Partner will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in the recruitment function and contributing to the People & Culture strategic plan across their line of business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5 years' experience recruiting high volume blue collar and white-collar positions, particularly within engineering
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, engaging at all levels in partnership to ensure a streamlined and thorough recruitment process
- A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, utilising all the tools available, including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, MyPass, Seek Premium Talent Search VideoMyJob
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with all walks of life at different levels both internally and externally
