Job Overview:
The Talent Sourcing RoleLiaising with stakeholders to coordinate the recruitment process, coordinating interviews including interview preparation and feedback, drafting and posting compelling job adverts.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit high-volume positions in a fast-paced environment ensuring seamless talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and provide constructive feedback to support candidate development.
- Draft and post job adverts that attract top talent leveraging various digital channels.
- Experience recruiting high-volume call centre positions utilizing expert knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment adapting to changing business requirements.
