Medical Instrument Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to coordinate the shipment, delivery, and tracking of instrument kits to hospitals across Western Australia and interstate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling medical implants used in orthopaedic and spinal procedures, as well as managing instrument kit inventory, including dispatch, inspection, maintenance, and return of contaminated kits.

A key aspect of this position is maintaining accurate stock and kit documentation, ensuring seamless logistics and efficient workflows.

We are seeking an individual with superior organizational skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt and respond to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the shipping and delivery of instrument kits to hospitals
  • Assembling medical implants used in orthopaedic and spinal procedures
  • Managing instrument kit inventory, including dispatch, inspection, maintenance, and return of contaminated kits
  • Maintaining accurate stock and kit documentation
