Electrical and Instrumentation Coordinator

This role is a key part of our project delivery team, responsible for leading trade and non-trade personnel to achieve project deliverables. The successful candidate will have relevant trade or engineering qualifications and a strong background in project coordination and management.

The ideal candidate will have experience with contract management systems, multidisciplinary projects, and technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and industrial construction. A current Australian Driver's Licence is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting health, safety, and environmental best practices
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring necessary controls, tools, and resources are available
  • Tracking project progress against schedule and budgets
  • Reviewing site quality documentation and compiling close-out documents for clients
  • Maintaining procurement records and ensuring work crews have necessary equipment and materials
  • Capturing variations and claims
  • Guiding and mentoring project leadership in technical and construction practices to enhance productivity
  • Estimating and managing minor projects or packages of electrical and instrumentation scope on major projects

About the Role

The E&I Project Coordinator will be working from our Perth CBD Head Office as well as on-site. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our project delivery business.
