Your Career as a Medical Instrument Specialist

As a key member of our endoscopy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective processing and supply of medical instruments. Your responsibilities will include daily supervision of staff, preparation for decontamination processes, and monitoring of equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement decontamination procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ensure timely assembly, packaging, and sterilizing of medical instruments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certificate in Sterilization or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possessing a certification in Sterilization is an added advantage.
