Instrument Tutor and Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to manage our brass instrument tuition and leadership development programs for at-risk students in partnering primary schools.

  • Coordinate annual events, including concerts and workshops, to engage with students and promote their skills.
  • Develop pathways to connect graduating Year 6 (or 7) students with youth programs, fostering long-term relationships and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop working partnerships with other ministry initiatives, focusing on children and family engagement.
  • Ensure student safety during transportation to rehearsals, performances, and special events, maintaining open communication with school personnel.
  • Communicate program details and outcomes to school staff, promoting transparency and cooperation.
