Job Overview

We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our team as a People and Organisation Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and has excellent administration skills.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to our teams across Queensland and Western Australia. This includes coordinating recruitment activities, managing employment records, and providing advice on company policies and programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks, and assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Owning the induction program and coordinating meet and greet sessions.
  • Drafting employment agreements and other HR-related documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employment records in our core systems and ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employees and advising on company policies and programs.
  • Coordinating programs such as recognition, referral schemes, and more.
  • Assisting in ongoing continuous improvement in relation to the company's policies and processes.
  • Providing on-the-ground support to team members through site visits.
  • Supporting in coordination of culture events and company-wide events.
  • Supporting RTW coordinator responsibilities.
  • Supporting ER matters.

Requirements
  • Passionate about people and the environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR administration.
  • Experience working in a high-growth and agile organisation will be a strong advantage.
  • A high level of attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Working in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
