BD SELECT is expanding globally and seeking experienced Certified Executive Coaches to drive business growth and development. This contract-based opportunity allows professionals to leverage their expertise, delivering tailored coaching services that empower clients to achieve their objectives.

Job Overview

We're looking for dynamic individuals with a strong background in business coaching, who can provide customized support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in business coaching, with additional experience in life coaching considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching & Mentoring:
    • Develop and implement personalized coaching strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
    • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions, focusing on business development, strategy, and growth.
    • Assist clients in setting and achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Assessment & Planning:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop targeted action plans to enhance business performance and personal development.
  • Support & Motivation:
    • Serve as a motivational guide, encouraging clients to overcome challenges and maintain focus on their goals.
    • Provide feedback and support to help clients navigate business hurdles.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor client progress and adapt coaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Prepare reports summarizing client achievements and areas for further development.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Business Coach with a recognized accreditation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business coaching.
  • Experience in life coaching is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
