CLUB MANAGEMENT ROLE

Snap Fitness Dubbo are currently seeking a multi-talented manager passionate about fitness, highly organised and great with people. This would suit someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a faced pace, service focused environment.

You must:

  • Have a passion for customer service and sales management. Driving sales through the community and corporate outreach is essential.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven administration skills

  • Be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills

  • Have a professional and positive approach to work. You must maintain high standards of gym cleanliness, maintenance & OH&S

  • Enjoy working with children and have a friendly and nurturing attitude

  • Must have a drive to meet sales targets and KPI's

  • Have a passion and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure all members have a positive experience at the club

  • Driving sales through local community and corporate outreach.

  • Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team

  • Work to the club's budget, financial reporting and inventory management

  • Implementation marketing and member retention strategies to drive club growth

  • Ensure the club maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance

  • Gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar club management or fitness industry role highly regarded

  • A proven ability to meet sales targets & KPI's and have strong focus on customer service

  • Be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Have a professional approach to work.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting and reporting

  • A passion for health, wellness and delivering exceptional member experiences

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Competent across social media platforms

  • Certificate 3&4 in Fitness looked at favorably but not necessary as we can assist.
