We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in providing top-notch therapeutic services to children, young people, and their families in New South Wales.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a client caseload as agreed upon with the Clinical Services Manager.
- Deliver trauma-informed speech therapy assessments and interventions as part of an integrated team effort.
- Identify and work towards client goals, achieving successful case outcomes.
- Attend stakeholder meetings for the benefit of clients and develop case plans.
A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is essential. Membership with Speech Pathology Australia and Certified Practising Speech Pathology (CPSP) status are also required. Additionally, at least two years' experience working with children, young people, and their families impacted by trauma, abuse, or neglect, or similar roles, is preferred. Experience in providing individual and group therapy to children, young people, and their families is highly valued. Other Requirements Include Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption, current driver's license, and legal ability to work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested), NDIS worker clearance.
