We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a CPAP Therapy Specialist.

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to patients requiring CPAP therapy. This includes assisting patients in setting up and maintaining their equipment, ensuring seamless integration with medical prescriptions, and providing ongoing therapy support according to company procedures.

This position involves managing the CPAP clinic from a service, sales, administrative, and operational perspective, encompassing tasks such as scheduling and maintaining equipment servicing, resolving patient issues, and escalating concerns to management as necessary.

A critical aspect of this role is working closely with patients to ensure they achieve optimal outcomes with their therapy, while adhering to company guidelines and regulations.

To excel in this position, one must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Provide customized assistance to patients to help them succeed with their therapy while complying with a medical prescription and company procedures.
  • Manage the CPAP clinic from a service, sales, admin, and operational perspective.
  • Take care of patient enquiries over the counter and over the phone according to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Investigate and resolve patient issues; escalate to Manager as appropriate.
  • Provide set-up, on-going services and equipment according to a medical prescription where applicable.
  • Fit the patient with prescribed mask or recommend the most appropriate mask if one is not prescribed.
  • Ensure patients' therapy support as per the company procedures.
  • Schedule and maintain servicing of equipment by coordinating repairs with the relevant manufacturers' service providers.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
