Senior Retirement Strategist Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing retirement strategy, including the Retirement Income Covenant
  • Leading the development of retirement customer value propositions, including value assessments
  • Driving thought leadership to support policy positioning and advocacy
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective retirement solutions

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on superannuation
  • Deep understanding of financial advice and superannuation policy regulatory environments
  • Proven experience in strategy development and delivery, with a focus on retirement solutions
  • Recognized thought leader in the retirement industry
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, with a preference for RG146, CFA, or Actuarial qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of innovation and success
