As a Chief Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's strategic direction, driving innovative Salesforce solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of our Salesforce org, ensuring seamless technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, integration manifest, data model, and object manifest.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onshore/offshore teams, providing expert guidance and quality assurance.

As a Technical Leader, you will represent the Salesforce team in high-level discussions, jointly owning the entire Salesforce architecture and driving informed design decisions to deliver best-in-class solutions.

You will work collaboratively within an Agile framework, designing solutions that consider current implementations and assess potential impacts. You will also take charge of the current org, mentoring and grooming future hires on Lightning development and industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within an iterative delivery construct.
