Chief Technology Architect

Drive innovation and customer-centric solutions as the chief architect of technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technology vision and strategy, driving seamless delivery and value generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology roadmaps.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and open communication.
  • Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders, driving mutual accountability for tech delivery and value generation.
  • Develop and implement sustainable tech ecosystems, prioritizing design, refactoring, and technical debt elimination.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a technology leader in agile environments.
  • Strong background in digital customer onboarding, including knowledge of Customer KYC.
  • Familiarity with customer payments, payment rails, and AI frameworks.
  • Ability to establish an engineering culture with DevSecOps delivery across platforms and pipelines.
  • Experience in large-scale agile delivery, managing dependencies, and mitigating delivery risk.
