Job Summary

The Chief Solutions Architect will lead the development of a comprehensive strategic roadmap that integrates multiple individual solution and cyber architectural designs, enabling the Program to manage integrations and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of experienced solution and cyber architects, providing guidance, support, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solution architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership on program architecture and cyber architecture strategy.
  • Align solutions with Agency goals and objectives, as well as program reference models, principles, policies, standards, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and senior stakeholders to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain technical oversight and help resolve complex issues arising during project delivery, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making and chair various Architecture Governance and Design forums.
  • Present end-to-end project solutions for approval at relevant Governance Councils.
