Leading a Complex Technology Platform

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and operations of one of our critical platforms. This role will oversee multiple project streams and manage a large team, providing direction and support to vendors and service integration partners.

The successful candidate will have significant experience as a senior delivery/platform manager in a complex organisation, preferably delivering enterprise-wide technology or digital projects. They will be able to drive engagement and work under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes.

This is an influential position across the Technology and Member domains, requiring strong relationship skills, including the ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels. The ideal candidate will also have developed stakeholder relationship skills and be able to partner with business stakeholders to co-design strategies and solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing platform build and maintenance activities, operational stability, capacity management, systems monitoring and alerting, product licenses and lifecycle management for the CRM platform. You will define metrics and implement mechanisms to measure and improve delivery efficiencies across the platform.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience as a senior delivery/ platform manager in a complex organisation, preferably delivering enterprise-wide technology or digital projects
  • Strong experience working with agile frameworks within cross-functional agile projects
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes
  • Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels
