Job Title: Digital Marketing Platform Coordinator

This is an opportunity to drive digital innovation across retail and consumer platforms.

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy coordinator to support our national and centre marketing teams with digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to expert for platform support via Zendesk and Help Centre.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding across MarTech systems to ensure compliance and security.
  • Support CMS, Adobe Campaign, apps, portals, and social media tools.
  • Collaborate with digital delivery, design, and development teams.
  • Drive improvements in user guides, training, and platform documentation.
  • Coordinate eDM scheduling and release activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in digital environments, ideally with Zendesk, Jira, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for digital innovation and customer experience.
