Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing global and regional HR programs and policies in Australasia, including performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives in Australasia.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to employees and managers, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the AP Talent Acquisition team to support local hiring and talent development initiatives.
  • Work with business and functional team leaders to foster a positive and inclusive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Plan and customize employee capability development solutions and programs to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
  • Proactively involve in employer branding activities in Australasia countries.
  • Ensure compliance with all local applicable labor laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working in the field of Human Resources.
  • Solid experience with compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team collaboration spirit and mindset.
  • Accountable with strong ownership mindset.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Australasia employment laws.
