Key Responsibilities
- Execute global and regional HR initiatives and policies effectively within Australasia client groups, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of programs such as Performance Management, annual compensation reviews, talent assessments, employee training, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.
- Deliver exceptional local employee services aligned with regional guidelines, including payroll management, onboarding and offboarding processes, and meticulous employee data and file administration, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the AP Talent Acquisition team to facilitate local recruitment efforts, encompassing candidate sourcing, interview processes, pre-onboarding activities, and communication with external recruitment agencies.
- Partner with the Australasia HR Leader during annual talent reviews and calibration sessions to formulate robust development and retention strategies for high-potential employees and establish succession plans for leadership and critical positions.
- Engage with business and functional team leaders to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement through actionable plans derived from annual engagement survey results.
- Design and tailor employee capability development programs and solutions for client groups to boost team effectiveness, collaboration, and overall performance.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives across Australasia through internal resources, local social media channels, and collaborations with external organizations or agencies.
- Function as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee turnover, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in regional business or HR initiatives as assigned.
Essential Competencies
- Over 7 years of experience in the Human Resources domain.
- Comprehensive expertise in compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset.
- High level of accountability with a strong sense of ownership.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with employment laws in Australasia.
