About the Opportunity
We are seeking a self-motivated and professional Director to join our South Australian Client Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients and business partners throughout their lending journey, building new client relationships, and identifying new business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high and ultra-high net worth clients, providing expert knowledge and guidance on lending solutions.
- Build new client relationships and identify new business development opportunities through advocacy for Commonwealth Bank and its products.
- Grow your business by building and maintaining external referral sources and seeking external referrals from existing customers.
- Refer complex financial needs to specialists within the Group.
- Research the broader market, economic, and industry changes affecting customers and the Group.
- Share best practice, productivity ideas, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Private Banking team by inspiring, developing, and growing colleagues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have recent experience in a similar role from within Private Banking, Premier Banking, Business/Commercial Banking, or similar. You will also have experience in residential and commercial lending, including complex lending structures, and a demonstrated ability to develop new networks and maintain effective relationships with high and ultra-high net worth clients.
