About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Regulatory Reporting and Compliance. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our regulatory reporting strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our regulatory reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that regulatory reporting requirements are integrated into our business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring that we are aware of and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to our team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements, ensuring that our reporting processes are aligned with the latest standards.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, with a strong background in financial services.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, with experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
