About the Role

Mutual Trust is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Wealth to join our Adelaide team. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Strategic Wealth Management Services: Provide expert investment advice and portfolio management to clients, ensuring their long-term financial success.
  2. Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and objectives.
  3. Drive Business Growth: Engage in strategic business development to grow the client base and expand funds under management.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to provide holistic financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  5. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.
About You

We are looking for an experienced investment advisor with a proven track record in a private wealth or family office setting. You will have a deep understanding of financial markets, possess a client-first mentality, and be skilled in technical aspects such as cash flow modelling, tax-aware portfolio management, and investment policy development.

Requirements
  1. 10+ Years of Experience: You will have over 10 years of experience in a senior advisory role, with a background in investment strategy development, wealth management execution, and leadership for high-net-worth clients.
  2. Relevant Qualifications: You will hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Master of Finance, CFA, or a related field, and be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or hold an equivalent qualification.
  3. Strong Business Acumen: You will possess strong business acumen with the ability to develop and support business development opportunities.
  4. Technical Expertise: You will have expertise in cash flow modelling, tax-aware portfolio management, and investment policy development.
  5. Exceptional Communication Skills: You will exhibit exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
