Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents with diverse needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide supervision and direction to Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Relevant qualification and experience in aged care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
