**Job Opportunity: Home Support Worker**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver personalised support for our clients, empowering them to feel empowered and cared for through services and activities tailored to their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.

As a Home Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
  • Supporting clients with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
  • Monitoring medication.
  • Scheduling and attending appointments.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A warm and caring nature.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A positive and practical attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
