We are looking for a Support Professional who will provide personalised care to individuals with various needs. You will work in a Supported Independent Living setting, engaging clients in community activities and providing one on one support.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for developing skills through community participation, providing personal care, and ensuring the well-being of your clients.

You will have the chance to work closely with a diverse range of individuals, promoting their independence and autonomy. Your role will involve:

  • Providing individualised support to enable clients to participate in community activities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic duties
  • Encouraging clients to develop new skills and interests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months working experience in Disability/Aged Care Support in Australia
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent obtained in Australia
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Current Medication Administration Certificate/or willing to get one
  • Fully vaccinated with Covid vaccination/booster and Flu shot
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Current driver's license with reliable transport
