About Us
We are seeking a passionate Support Worker to provide high-quality, personalised care to residents living with a disability.
This role involves working within a friendly and supportive team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and their families.
You will be responsible for providing active support care, arranging outings and activities, and promoting independence and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Requirements include a Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability, previous experience in Support Work, and knowledge of the Disability sector.
