We are seeking a passionate and experienced Allied Health Assistant to join our team at Healthe Care. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours to support individuals with diverse needs.

About the Role
  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance to clients with ASD, helping them develop daily living skills, social communication, and community engagement.
  • Implement personalised support plans and interventions to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Facilitate engaging activities and outings to promote clients' physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to monitor client progress and communicate with families and other support services.
  • Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to client support.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience working under supervision.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred approaches and the ability to tailor support to individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
