Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and product solutions we provide.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust pipeline.
  • Explore new market possibilities within existing relationships by fostering strong connections with other Sales Representatives and Account Managers (Cross Selling opportunities)
  • Plan, schedule, and review business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals & quotes in line with our pricing policy
  • Manage your portfolio to ensure our customers receive premium service.
About You – Skills And Experience:
  • Previous experience in the hose and fitting industry with a solid understanding of solution selling Industrial Products and services.
  • Able to undertake regular country travel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning, and sales strategy skills
  • Develop innovative ideas and strategies in business planning and forecasting.
