Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading existing client relationships, creating and developing new opportunities, and growing and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead key client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market
  • Be a proactive member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for growing and developing the cost management team
  • Work closely with our wider business, particularly in NSW
  • Take ownership of deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed
  • Participate in the development of the business plan and take ownership for the delivery of project and overall business targets

Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree qualification in quantity surveying or construction management
  • MRICS/AIQS accreditation ideal
  • 10+ years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
