  • Design and lead the development of a practice leadership approach that promotes consistency and empowers the workforce to deliver high-quality services.
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based approaches into policy and practice.
  • Built relationships across the organisation to foster collaboration and drive success.
  • Maintain project records using research software or platforms.
  • Prepare and present internal reports including slide-pack summaries for stakeholders and communicating recommendations based upon findings.
  • Take on management responsibilities as and when required.
