As HR Manager, you will:

- Support leadership in setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
- Drive company culture, leading the culture committee and organising key events.
- Oversee office operations and assist with travel management.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that supports employee growth and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or financial services environment.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
