Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Strategist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting key aspects of financial planning, performance tracking, audit coordination, and process improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly managerial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to EBITDA level.
  • Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual variance analyses with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient finance processes.
  • Maintain internal finance documentation and continuously improve templates and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and audit deliverables, working closely with external consultants and auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with the timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including commercial, operations, and HR to gather data and inputs for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Develop dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide real-time insights into business performance and assist in preparing executive-level presentations.
