About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global talent management team as a lead.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives.
  • You will play a pivotal role in delivering upon our global talent strategy and ambitions by collaborating closely with regional counterparts across the enterprise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's future readiness and contribute to building a strong, forward-thinking workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.
  • Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences.
  • Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.
  • Bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice.
About You
  • You will have proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development.
  • You will possess strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
  • You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action.
  • You will have excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences.
  • You will be passionate about continuous improvement and future-focused thinking.
  • You will have experience managing complex programs and external partnerships.
