The Role:

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our global recruitment efforts, identifying top talent who can join our mission. Reporting to our Head of People, you'll optimize all Talent Acquisition activities, centralize hiring processes, and support hiring managers through interviews.

We're in hyper-growth mode, doubling our team of 120 to 300+ talented professionals while maintaining high standards for excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the Talent Acquisition process, managing the talent funnel from role scoping to candidate nurturing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to lead initial stages (1-2) of the hiring process, filtering applications and conducting screening calls.
  • Optimize interview processes to identify top-caliber talent, developing situational, behavioral, culture, and values question banks.
  • Support hiring managers in designing role-related tasks, challenges, and take-homes.
  • Elevate headhunting mode when required for niche technical roles, identifying and nurturing top talent profiles.
  • Nurture relationships with tech startup craftspeople, product managers, engineers, clinicians, sales, ops, and CX professionals.
  • Promote our employer brand across various platforms.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of 2+ years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition, working within tech or startups.
  • Experience managing the hiring process end-to-end, from activating talent funnels to offer, acceptance, and onboarding.
  • Super-connectors who excel at building rapport and nurturing relationships.
  • Knowledge around hiring technical roles (product and engineering) is essential.
  • Pace and urgency to your work, execution focus, and comfort with headhunting tactics and cold outreach.
  • An eye for identifying high-caliber talent and passion for building a high-performance culture.
  • Self-starters, highly motivated, competitive, driven by hitting numbers, and developing deep relationships with empathy and commercial acumen.
