Job Overview

The Group Talent Management Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring seamless alignment with key business priorities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that drives business growth and success through impactful leadership.
  • Collaborate with regional counterparts to deliver our global talent strategy and ambitions, fostering strong relationships across the enterprise.
  • Design and implement high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure effective governance and compliance across global talent activities, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, including People function leaders and senior executives, to drive organizational success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery, prioritizing quality and results.
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement, driving continuous learning and growth.
  • Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development, with a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience managing complex programs and external partnerships, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
